Flowing trails, rough root carpets and gravel fields and casual jumps. Between Hunsrück and Nahe, there are some small but excellent mountain bike spots for beginners and advanced riders. While the Stromberg flow trail can be cranked up under your own steam, the Erbeskopf trail park offers a relaxed ride to the summit on the drag lift. TheWaldmeisterTrail circular tour is more challenging in terms of fitness and riding technique , with around 60 per cent of uphill and downhill trails. Another small highlight is the Devils Rock Trail Hennweiler, which is almost two kilometres long and offers fun for the whole family.
